ENV-EX is producing dust control and suppression systems for quarries, cement factories, ready mix concrete plants, power stations, waste disposal plants for over ten years. We provide dust-free environment for plants causing dust, during production and specialized in water systems, which are completely chemical free and using only regular water.
We already had a chance to work with some of the biggest international cement groups like LAFARGE, ITALCEMENTI and VICAT and other cement factories, crushing and screening plants. We are proud to announce that they have been using our systems in Turkey for years without any complaint.
For cement factories, our application areas are mostly; Raw Material Crushers, Raw Material Storage Areas, Truck Dumping Points, Additive Crushers and Storages like for Iron Ore, Clinker Storage Areas and Clinker Loading/Unloading Points.
For crushing and screening plants, we are providing dust free environment, starting from the beginning of production line by truck dumping, crushing and screening until the end of the line with stocking.
Briefly, we have two different systems for our customers as you may see on our catalog.
1) Water & Air Pressurised System: This system is using pressurized water and compressed air together to spray water through our nozzles, which we are installing, to the proper locations on the application areas.
2) EcoSpray™ System: This system is using same principles but with only water. During our experiences, we have seen that our customers are mostly having complaints about air compressors even if they use the best ones. Therefore, we designed completely new nozzles and new control panel to eliminate the air need about 2 years ago. Currently, we are recommending EcoSpray™ system to our customers and over **0 installations have completed without any complains since past 2 years.
We are also using High Pressure Pumps (******0 bars) for some of our applications where the material capacity and flow rates are high. Mostly like Truck Dumping Points, Material Loading/Unloading Points and Storage Areas.
We would like to announce that the Turkish Ministry of Environment has approved our systems due to its performance and high dust reduction rate in the facilities where the system installed. In reference to the information we got from our customers in U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Sudan and Oman; they also got the approval from their ministries for our systems. We also strictly obey the ISO ***1:***8 Quality Management System during our all production and sale processes including after sale services.
